We hate plastic. And since all masks are made from plastic, we decided to create something better.
Our new Bio Masks are made with Polylactic acid (PLA). PLA is an organic compound of lactic acids that is becoming more popular for biodegradable packaging, tea bags, and bioplastic cups.
We developed our groundbreaking new filter material using PLA to fight back against the growing number of masks we’ve seen thrown out in the streets and landfills. Our new Bio Mask biodegrades in approximately 90 days when left outside in the elements, keeping our planet a cleaner place free of plastic.
Mask Outer:99% Biodegradable, breathable and protective, made with Polylactic Acid with anti-microbial finish.
Straps: 83% Polylactic Acid and 17% Bio Spandex with 2 different strap configurations allowing mask to be worn either behind-the-ears or over-the-head.
Our XS/S masks are the perfect size for any child or small adult, and the M/L masks are designed to accommodate everyone else.
With our adjustable and removable head strap clip, the new Bio Mask can be tailor-fit for perfect comfort.
